Arrival:

The rooms are available from approx. 15:00.

Departure:

Please check out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest so that we have the opportunity to prepare the room for the next guest. Please return the room key to reception before you leave. Of course you can stay longer in the hotel. Reception will tell you where you can freshen up again.

Allergens:

Please let us know if you have an intolerance to an allergenic food.

Allergy sufferers:

Pillows and comforters are available for allergy sufferers. Please contact reception for this.

Pharmacy:

You can find a medicine cabinet at the local doctor Dr. König or at Dr. Buzmaniuk in St. Gallenkirch. There is a pharmacy in Schruns. The drugstore Lang is about 50m away from our house.

Addresses, telephone numbers etc. can be obtained from reception

Excursions:

Information about possible excursion destinations is available at our reception or at the tourist office in Gaschurn.

Banks:

In St. Gallenkirch the Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse ATMs: located in the community center, in SPAR and at the valley station

Bathrobes:

We will be happy to provide you with one for € 9.00 per stay.

Bathing shoes:

We ask you not to wear street shoes in the selfness area. Bathing shoes are available at reception for € 2.

Comforters:

We will be happy to bring an additional blanket to your room. You can choose between feather and allergy blankets.

Mailbox:

However, you are welcome to hand in your postcards at reception The post box is located at the Posthotel Rössle

We have created facilities in our changing room for small luggage storage. You can operate these using a code that you determine yourself. The instructions for this can be found directly on the lockers.

As a sign for more environmental awareness: *Towels on the floor means: “Please replace” *Towels back on the holder means: “I’ll use them one more time”

Information about the town, the surrounding area, leisure activities, bus connections and much more is available at reception or you can look in our chest in the entrance area.

Internet:

Free WIFI reception is available throughout the hotel. Please connect to the hotel’s W-LAN and enter the password: montafon.

Pillow:

You are welcome to get additional pillows. Please contact reception or our chambermaids for this.

Massages:

In order to be able to plan your massage appointments well, we recommend that you inform reception of your wishes in good time, as our masseuse works by appointment.

Minibar:

For 5,- Euro/day we can provide your room with a fridge or minibar with the desired beverage assortment. Please contact the reception.

Packed lunch:

We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for your excursion or mountain tour for a fee. Please contact reception to place your order.

In our garden you will find sun loungers and seating for relaxing.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to use the balcony or the seating area in front of the house.

You are welcome to borrow an umbrella from reception.

Restaurant:

From 07:30 to 10:00 breakfast buffet from 18:30 to 20:00 the restaurant is at your disposal for your dinner. In the afternoon you are welcome to linger in our Montafoner Stüberl (next to the reception) with a cup of coffee or for a family game.

Room service:

Our room service is available between 07:00 and 22:00. Choose from our range of drinks and order conveniently by calling +43 5558 8293.

Safe:

We would like to politely draw your attention to the fact that we accept no liability for valuables in your room. In this regard, a room safe is available for valuables up to € 2,180. You can easily operate the safe yourself using a code. You will find the instructions directly on the safe.

Sauna:

The opening hours are from 13:00 to 19:00, depending on demand. There are plenty of hand and bath towels available. We ask you not to take the bath towels from your room. Street shoes are not permitted in the wellness area. You can hire slippers and bathrobes at reception for a small fee.

Key:

As our hotel entrance is locked from around 23:00, we ask you to take your room key with you when you leave the hotel in the evening, as this will open both your room and the entrance door. If you need another way to enter the hotel, please contact reception

Shoes:

Our ski, boot and bike room in the basement is available for this purpose. Which has a shoe warmer. The shoe shine machine is located in the entrance area in the direction of the ski/boot room

Ski/boot room:

Located in the basement and locked between 20:00 and 07:00. Should you nevertheless need to enter the room, please contact reception.

Snacks:

We are happy to bring a selection of snacks to your room on request.

Games:

Various board and card games can be found in the Montafoner Stüberl opposite reception on the right-hand side of the chest of drawers.

The nearest petrol station is in St. Gallenkirch (BP). This is approx. 5 km away.

Environmental protection:

As you may have noticed, this is a top priority for us. Refillable soap dispensers, variable towel change, heat regulators on the radiators, low-packaging breakfast buffet, waste separation, solar energy generation, heating energy from biomass, LED technology and much more have become a matter of course for us. If you wish, you too can make your contribution. Switch off the light and the TV when you leave your room. Take part in the variable towel change. Put empty bottles next to the garbage can. Because we have only borrowed the earth from our children!

Laundry service:

Laundry handed in at reception before 09:00 is usually returned the same day, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We make every effort to treat your laundry as carefully and carefully as possible, but cannot guarantee against damage. We ask you to use the professional cleaning service for delicate items. The reception will be happy to help you with this.

Change of linen:

We can change your bed linen daily on request. Please contact the reception desk.
