Generating electricity with a PV system
In the Montafon, where the sun shines all year round and gifts us with its wonderful energy, we use this valuable resource to generate electricity. Our modern photovoltaic system with an output of 74 kW/p covers the majority of our electricity needs. By using this renewable energy source, we are making an active contribution to environmental protection and at the same time offering you maximum comfort.
Additional electricity from regional hydropower plants
The dams in the Montafon are not only a tourist highlight for hikes, climbing tours and via ferratas, but also provide us with environmentally friendly electricity from hydropower. This means we can offer you a sustainable energy supply and at the same time show you the beauty and diversity of our region.
Products from farmers you know
Regionality is important to us. The Montafon with its rural structures is particularly known for its cheese specialties. Locality also means quality, which offers our guests a special culinary experience.

Heating with biomass: sustainability at its best
Energy generation is one of the most important aspects of sustainability. In our region, rich in forests, wood is harvested for regeneration to ensure good protection against natural events in the future. Boards are made from this wood and we use the sawdust produced in the process in the form of pellets for our heating system.
This sustainable method enables us to bring the water and our house to a comfortable temperature for our guests. Experience comfort and warmth in harmony with nature – for an unforgettable and environmentally conscious vacation experience.
Connection to public transportation
Our hotel is very centrally located, so that our guests can reach the cable car, stores, restaurants and the mini golf course in a few minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, so your car can also take a “vacation”.
We also present numerous hiking tours on our information display, which you can download directly to your cell phone. These tours start and end conveniently at the hotel. Enjoy the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and relaxation – all in the immediate vicinity and within easy reach.
